Mike doesn't have a personal Facebook, but I have to shout him out. We started the conversation of building with CMB in February and he has been nothing short of incredible to work with. He explains every single thing we need (twice when necessary), has gone to bat for us multiple times on different issues, deals with our over planning tendencies (), talks us through things that have caused us stress and is whole heatedly happy for us when things move forward in the process.. and we haven't even truly started the real process of building yet! My wife and I worked with Mike on the construction of our home in Grafton, and throughout the entire project I was consistently impressed by the quality of work from Mike and his subcontractors. From framing to blue-board, plumbing, electrical and painting, Mike's team delivered top-tier craftsmanship and paid close attention to all the small but important details - switch and light placement, door swings, and selecting the most durable, high-quality materials. 

As an engineer, I like to dig into the details, and I appreciated how well Mike and his crew handled the unique challenges of our home. Several large steel I-beems needed to be engineered, fabricated, and installed on a tight timetable - no small feat in residential construction - and they handled it flawlessly. Mike also managed all the permitting and inspections with the town, which is also no small feat, especially in the town of Grafton. 

This was our third new-construction experience, and in the previous two we ended up with extensive punch lists and workmanship issues. Not the case with Mike. He truly takes pride in the product he delivers, and his subcontractors share the same high standards. His pricing was competitive, transparent, and fair. The project was completed exactly within the expected timeline as well.
